There has been very interesting news that came from South Korea, about the CW100 robot vacuum cleaner that can actually be operated with a mobile phone using the 3G technology. This should give us the implication that everything is actually possible with the help of a little effort and innovative mind. The CW100 can basically run automatically with the help of commands coming from the free cell phones that comes with it.
Once it hits the international scene, it should be able to help a lot of people to have an easier time cleaning their houses because everything will be done by the vacuum cleaner itself. You can easily clean your house even if you are not physically in it and expect that you house is dust free by the time you come back home.
Networks like safellink and other service providers should be able to handle the technology so their subscribers would be able to use this piece of technology quite nicely. With the help of the 3G mobile phones, you would be able to see what the robot is doing. It can also be used to monitor kids, pets and elders if in case you have to go somewhere so you know what they are doing.

Do you have a bidet in your house? What kind of bidet do you have in your toilet? If you will ask a professional or someone in a Home Depot Store, they recommend using the spray bidet over the others. This spray bidet is more convenient to anyone in the family and it’s cheaper and saves you a lot from water. If you have a larger bathroom, they recommend on using the conventional bidet which is smaller and looks like your water closet except it has no tank, no cover and has a tap.
We just moved in from this house we recently bought. When we moved in here, everything was already in place. Abstract shapes-a squat Japanese lamp, tall and a minimalist painting create layers of contrast in the corner of the living room.
The only thing we need to change is our living room set. It doesn’t look good for both of us that is why we agreed to change it. Since we love to stay here to relax and have a bonding moment, we really want it to look more comfortable since we spend more time here. My husband and I had a little discussion while looking for a perfect couch for our living room. We had an argument about the size of the sofa: he wanted to have a sofa bed and I couldn’t figure out what difference the extra space it would make. The rest is history as the couch sits in the middle of our home.
A black painting serves as a focal point in the clutter-free living room. If it were up to me, I would add even more pillows.

When moving to a new house or starting to find a new one, what are the things you consider for your new abode? First is the location, the place should be somewhere practical that is accessible to everything we need in our daily life like going to market, school for our kids, church, park, mall and others. Unless you really want a place that is secluded from everything or you are ready to drive all day everyday in a thousand miles away from your home.
Second you need to consider is the size of your lot. As much as we want a bigger lot, you have to think if you are able to maintain this huge lot. What do you plan to do with it? If you have lots of dogs or animals that needs a larger yard, get a larger loan. But if you feel like you will only have a small family composed of 4 maybe, then a lot with around of 150 square meters will do. One thing we need to consider is the garage. Do you need a 1 car? 2 car or 3 car garage? Put that on your list too.
Third, is what kind of materials you plan to use for your new home. Is it something modern? Child friendly? What color? Other things we have to consider is the deisgn and the structure of your place. More so, on our next entry we will talk more about guide in getting a new house.
